Privacy Policy
The following Privacy Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on Users' Devices using the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing Users' personal data, which have been provided personally and voluntarily through tools available in the Service.
The following Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Service Terms and Conditions, which define the rules, rights, and obligations of Users utilizing the Service.

§2 Data Protection Officer
Based on Article 37 of the GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
For matters related to data processing, including personal data, please contact the Administrator directly.
§3 Types of Cookies

Internal Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service's telecommunication system

External Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by telecommunication systems of External Services. Scripts of External Services that may place Cookies on the User's Device are deliberately placed in the Service through scripts and services provided and installed within the Service

Session Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service during one session of the respective Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User's Device.

The transmission of viruses, trojans, or other malware is also practically impossible.

§9 Access to Personal Data by Third Parties
As a rule, the only recipient of personal data provided by Users is the Administrator. Data collected as part of the services provided are neither transferred nor sold to third parties.
Entities responsible for maintaining infrastructure and services necessary for running the Service (most often based on a Data Processing Agreement) may have access to data, such as:

Access to data may occur as a result of maintenance work performed by the provider's personnel. Access to this data is regulated by an agreement between the Administrator and the Provider.
Data processing in case of online payments
When making online payments, all payment-related data is provided directly by the User to the payment provider - PayPal. Selected data necessary for the transaction is then forwarded to the Administrator by the provider. The transfer of data is regulated by an agreement between the Administrator and the Provider.

§12 Data Retention Period
Personal data voluntarily provided by Users: As a rule, the indicated personal data is stored only for the duration of the service provided within the Service by the Administrator. It is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of service termination (e.g., deleting a user account, unsubscribing from the Newsletter, etc.).
An exception is a situation requiring the Administrator to retain data for legally justified purposes. In such a case, the Administrator will store the data for no longer than three years after a request for deletion, in cases of violation or suspected violation of the Service's regulations by the User.
Automatically collected anonymous data: Anonymous statistical data, not constituting personal data, is stored by the Administrator indefinitely for Service statistics purposes.

§15 Service Requirements

Restricting the storage and access to cookies on the User's Device may cause certain functions of the Service to malfunction.

The Administrator bears no responsibility for malfunctioning features of the Service if the User restricts in any way the ability to store and read cookies.

The Service may contain links to external websites within articles, posts, entries, or User comments, with which the Service Owner does not cooperate. These links, as well as the websites or files they point to, may be unsafe for your Device or pose a security risk to your data. The Administrator is not responsible for content found outside the Service.

Continued use of the services signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If a User does not agree with the changes, they are required to delete their account from the Service or unsubscribe from the Newsletter.
